What we do

StandardsDesk publishes practical guides on three compliance chores most businesses meet sooner or later: Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) registration, renewal and transfer; ISO certification pricing and preparation; and cross-border requirements such as VAT, EORI, OSS/IOSS and EPR. Where you need a provider, we introduce you to one.

What we are not

We are not an LEI issuing organisation, an ISO certification body, or a tax, legal or investment adviser. LEIs are issued by accredited Local Operating Units, ISO certificates by accredited certification bodies, and cross-border registrations by specialist firms. We do none of that work ourselves, and nothing on this site should be read as us doing it.

How we make money

The site and its tools are free. When we pass an enquiry to an independent provider, that provider may pay us a referral fee. It does not change the price you pay, and it does not change what we publish.

Independence

Providers are independent businesses, responsible for their own service, pricing and regulatory obligations. A referral is an introduction, not an endorsement, and you are always free to compare providers yourself.
